(no joke) fuel injector failure, filling crankcase with diesel, causing rough running and eventual oil pressure loss. dealer, upon advisment from "tech department" changed the oil, replaced the faulty injector and got me out the door. now i have experienced engine vibrations that are getting progressivly worse, higher engine rpm's increased fuel consumtion, a cloud of blue smoke upon startup after several hours of downtime, and the dealership thinks it may be a wiring harness. i spoke directly to cummins service dept. and was told that with oil pressure loss, they would have dropped the oil pan and checked the bearings. .Mileage was 17000 miles. Dodge Ram 3500 2004 SteeringDodge Ram 3500 2004 Steering Review #10576870 DODGE RAM 3500 2004 car safety problem was reported on Nov 11, 2012.DODGE RAM 3500 2004, manufactured by Chrysler Group LLC had a problem with STEERING . i bought this 2004 dodge 3500 ram truck used in may 2011. i was driving my 2004 dodge 3500 ram truck in town when the left tie rod stud broke. i was stopped at a stop sign 1/2 block from my home and as i started out and turned right the tie rod stud broke. this occurred november 11, 2012. i had my vehicle towed to my home using my aaa wrecker service. there is no chrysler-dodge dealership in the town where i live, so i went to the local auto parts store to get the new left tie rod. the parts store did not have a tie rod for my vehicle and the counter person called the parts department at lithia chrysler dodge in billings, mt and ordered a new left tie rod, (mopar part no.68038054ad). i received the left tie rod on november 12, 2012 for which i paid $131.07 for which i have the receipt. i installed the new mopar tie rod and set the toe-in. i still have the broken left tie rod. on jan 15, 2014, i received the n62 recall notice for the left tie rod stud may fracture and the recall notice also stated my vehicle needed h46 done. i could find no history of the left tie rod being replaced, prior to the new one i put on myself, so i assume the tie rod was original from the factory. i did file a claim with chrysler (case #24530878), but they denied the claim because i could not prove the broken tie rod had been replaced with a mopar part. my concern is why the tie rod broke and if that means the factory tie rods are defective. i had recalls l16/h46/n62 completed on february 26, 2014. the dealership replaced all the steering linkage and the left tie rod assembly. *tr.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 151849 miles. Dodge Ram 3500 2004 Fuel/propulsion SystemDodge Ram 3500 2004 Fuel/propulsion System Review #10643881 DODGE RAM 3500 2004 car safety problem was reported on Oct 01, 2014.DODGE RAM 3500 2004, manufactured by Chrysler Group LLC had a problem with FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM . driving my diesel, 1 ton, 2004, 4x4 truck with 66,000 miles, turning left across traffic into a business. engine stops, no brakes, no steering, no warning, nothing. never had a problem with this truck before this event. traffic is coming at us and i am headed into a ditch as i cannot turn vehicle. frantically trying to get vehicle started, will not start, but able to roll forward and make it into business barely missing ditch. people come out to help push vehicle into safe spot. called tow truck, they get there about 1.5 hours later. he got truck started, said to drive it down the street that probably something clogged the diesel tank inlet, but ok now. truck seemed ok, so we hooked up our boat that was in this business, proceeded home. got about 1 mile away on twisty mountain road, truck again dies, no brakes again, cannot hardly steer and cannot stop boat and truck and proceed down hill holding on trying to stay on road. i managed to get it stopped. had it towed to dealer this time. dodge dealer explains that the "lift pump" that pulls diesel fuel from tank to engine had gone out, they state "this is common problem that dodge knows about." they refuse to replace the "lift pump" that is fairly inexpensive saying that dodge knows there is a problem and the consumer has to pay to have a "fuel pump" put into the fuel tank as the fix. this cost is over $1400. upon hearing that i cannot have the "lift pump" just replaced, i went to the internet forums on cummings diesel "lift pumps" turns out there are lots of pages showing this is a common problem with the cummings diesel and most all will experience it. if dodge knows there is a problem and people can be killed due to how the truck suddenly dies, they should be responsible for addressing the problem! .0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 66305 miles. I have a 2008 Dodge Nitro thats rear driver side light does not work. I have taken it to a mechanic that can't find out why it won't work and have spent 200.00 He thinks it might be in the wiring system . I have also seen other Dodge Nitro same ye Every time it rains heavily the passenger floor gets soaking wet. My car has never been in an accident or any body damage. It is a 2007 Nitro 4X4. Wasn't there a recall years ago for fixing the roof rack assembly? Has anyone else ever had this iss stereo is all static but the cd player works fine...antennae perhaps? I have the same problem. Dodge can't find the problem so they told me to take it. Next week I'm turning it in and go through the lemom law. Very frustrating when you buy the warrrant and they can't fix it. Garrrrrrrrr. Ihave a 95 Dodge Avenger and the 30 Amp starter/ignition fuse keeps blowing. As soon as you turn the key the instrument panel lights are dim and then the fuse blows. I have replaced the starter, cables, ignition switch, fusible link and battery an 2004 Dodge 2500 Ram Truck, Laramie trim package...horn goes off with no one around it - truck is off and parked in the driveway, keys were not touched. power windows won't work pushing window buttons causes the water in fuel lite to come on along with the brake indicator lite and wait to start lite also turning on the a/c heater causes the same thing soon as you release the switches lites go out 2001 Dodge 5.9 cummins going down the road it sputtered 3 times & shut off and will not restart I purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan from Bankston Dodge of Grand Prairie, Texas in May of 2008. Less than 8 months after that (around 12,000 miles) my front brakes went completely out with no indication whatsoever of any problems (The device tha 1995 DODGE NEON 1.6l Feels like it is slipping while driving. with brake pedal depressed car surges, Probably not the door seals. You may have to unstop the two drains that can get filled with debris. The two drains are located in the trough under the grill work that is under the wiper blades. You will need to remove the wiper arms, then remove a '06 dakota - unable to put fuel in gas tank
