TL*THE CONTACT OWNS 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN FUEL WAS ADDED TO THE VEHICLE THE FUEL TANK WOULD NOT SHUT OFF WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS FULL. THE FAILURE CAUSED GASOLINE TO SPILL OUT OF THE FUEL TANK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE FAILURE BUT HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 32,000. | |
