Chrysler Crossfire 2004 Electrical SystemChrysler Crossfire 2004 Electrical System Review #10135278 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE 2004 car safety problem was reported on May 23, 2003.CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE 2004, manufactured by DAIMLERCHRYSLER CORPORATION had a problem with ELECTRICAL SYSTEM . auto/transmission/electrical system. i'm just so glad that this is a drive by wire car, especially when the cars electrical system can't regulate its voltage properly. you would think that daimler would have the electrical system built as tough as nails. seeing that the cars life support is all dependent upon pulse power. so my complaint is do to the cars failure to regulate its power, it cooked my transmissions drive plate located internally on top of the valve body. then surged back to the transmission control module & fried that. and some how, and i can't figure out why this occurred but, the internal gears inside my throttle body got fused together. this is strange to me seeing that the gears are made out of a composite. so with all that has occurred it has left the car lifeless for over 90 days now. i have contacted chrysler corp. offices through there website, pleading with them to exchange the broken pieces. they only responded with "contact you dealer" so i have sent multiple "parts and service requests" to the two dealerships that i can go to. one is a " " five star dealership, and the other is not. i never once got a response from either one. daimler said take it to the dealership, so i replied "the car does not drive", so again i requested a parts exchange, and again the same stock response "contact your dealer"...bla bla. i am more than qualified to install all parts that are needed to be replaced. i guess the rumors are all try, about chrysler turning their backs on customers once the car has been sold. all i know is i am not paying for this, or heads will roll. *jb.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 13416 miles. Chrysler Crossfire 2004 Electrical System Review #10782817 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE 2004 car safety problem was reported on Oct 02, 2015.CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE 2004, manufactured by Chrysler (FCA US LLC) had a problem with ELECTRICAL SYSTEM . early september my son experienced problem with vehicle that resulted in the car not starting when he attempted to start it at his university parking lot. all electrical worked in car (windows, radio, etc), but there was no indication of power to starter when key switch was activated. car was towed to the purchase dealership and a repair was completed. pulse control module was replaced on 9/12/15. net search & dealer indicated this was an issue previously seen in this make/model/year. 10/2/15, while driving approximately 70 mph the car suddenly stopped running. the car was successfully pulled over to the right side. driver was my son and he was on a major interstate with heavy traffic. roadside service came to signal vehicles of stranded vehicle. when key was turned after event, there was no start. electrical (power windows, radio, etc worked without incident. there was no starter motion when key was turned was only result. app. 40 minutes later the auto started like normal with no apparent issues. car was driven home. 10/5/15 drove vehicle two times, 23 miles each with no issue. 10/7/15 drove vehicle to work (23 miles) no issue. on return trip, experienced same issue. i had completed interstate driving, and was at the exit stop light in line, when car stopped running while idling at app 21 miles into return trip from work. folks behind me assisted pushing the vehicle to side of road. same symptoms. key doesn't result in start. waited 25 minutes and car restarted. car was returned to repair site, but they were unable to replicate the failure. car is currently returned to me on 10/15/15 and i will continue to drive it to try to establish additional factors for problem. concerned about risks due to other driver reactions due to risk of power loss while driving. will attempt to use less traveled routes in my attempts to replicate..Mileage was 114500 miles. head light switch working backwards and parking lights wont go out on 2000 concorde. we've already replaced bcm with no change 09 Crystler 300 driver front door will not lock or unlock with keyless entry. Same thing here, interior lights keep flashing on and off, driving me nuts. I'll never buy another chrysler, because of all the problems I've had with this car. fuel gauge will not work, the air bag light on,air condition will not work right. my pt2006 manual has a problem with shifting. clutch in and hard to get into gears - jam them in - master/slave just changed, still have a problem chrysler sebring convertible top squeels going up and down 2006 Chrysler 300, 36,892 miles, dome lights and lights over doors and led mileage came o n after car shut off and doors locked. No other gauges or electrical buttons work. Cannot open trunk or any other item with buttons. Car starts and runs, I just bought a 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring on 12/11/10. I took it back to the dealership 2 days later because the fromt end shivers a lot when you press on the break. They claim they fixed the problem. Now this car is now parked from 01/28/11, beca '08 town & cntry defrost doesn't work. Frosts from the inside & no amount of time solves the problem . Once it's frosts you can't drive! I have a car engine in 2008 Chrysler Aspen 4.7, I lost the key remote what to do and how to disconnect the alarm temporarily " The front passenger side window of my 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser suddenly imploded, sending shattered glass into the interior of my car and cutting my arm as I drove. I was going about 25 mph through a residential area on a nice spring day, about 6 Great car, luxury inside.
