PURCHASED 2013 CHEVY MALIBU ECO IN AUGUST 2013, AND RECENTLY STARTED NOTICING THAT STEERING WHEEL BECOMES VERY STIFF AND FEELS LIKE IT LOCKS WHEN DRIVING OVER 60 MPH AND IN A 12 O'CLOCK STEERING POSITION. I HAVE TO JERK IT WHEN MAKING SLIGHT TURNS OR CHANGING LANES, AND HAS ALMOST CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT. I TOOK IT TO FREEWAY CHEVROLET IN CHANDLER, AZ. THE CAR WAS LEFT THERE FOR FOUR DAYS, AND DEALER SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY ISSUES. I WAS TOLD THAT THE STEERING POWER IS ELECTRICAL AND THEIR COMPUTER READS THAT THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH IT. my 91 silverado will shift into gear on start up but after the trans warms up i have no gears at all My 89 Blazer suddenly accelerates, and I have to ride the brakes to keep it from "jumping" foward. This is causing my brakes to really squeal, and the mechanic is telling me that he cannot find the cause. I have actually put the car in drive, and Transmission shifts after i reach 3000-4000rpms and let off the gas 97 blazer Transmission shifts after i reach 3000-4000rpms and let off the gas my power steering pump is leaking. How do I know if I need a new powersteering pump in my 2003 tahoe, will the fuel light work even if the gas gauge is broken?
