Reported on May 26, 2012

5-26-2012: CONVERTIBLE TOP SUPPORT BROKE. FIXED BY DEALER. NOW SEVERE OTHER ISSUES WITH CONVERTIBLE TOP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CAR FLOORS FLOODING WHEN IT RAINS, WIND NOISE FROM THE REAR QUARTER GLASS, AND SEVERE RUB MARKS FROM THE STRUCTURAL TOP ASSEMBLY. CAR HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR 69 DAYS AND AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR OVER 44 DAYS. IT IS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP. GM/CHEVROLET HAS BEEN NEGLIGENT IN THE HANDLING OF THE REPAIRS, ALONG WITH THE COMPLETE IMPROPER DESIGN OF THE TOP ASSEMBLY. THE DEALER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT AND GM/CHEVROLET HASN'T PROVIDED ENOUGH SUPPORT TO GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED. *TR
