2001 cadillac seville, front seat heater don't work, rear ones do.  Have checked all of the fuses, all o.k. Lights come on on the seat heater buttons but no heat.Any solutions?

I have a 1979 Cadillac Seville fuel injection. This car sat for two years, I replaced the fuel filter because it would not start. Now when I did that it stated up right away no problem, I let it idle for about 5 minutes, and then when it warmed up
