ALL THREE TIRES EXPERIENCED A FAILURE (A BLOWOUT) INVOLVING THE SIDEWALLS OF THE TIRES. WE BELIEVE THE HIGH RATE OF FAILURE IN THE SIDEWALL AREA INDICATES A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
